Life in limbo - why? | Posted by: Karuppen
What we see depends on where we are. Angle of observation is changed, there is another perspective to see, which has slipped all along in the previous attempts. A lie can easily be hidden by another lie, but Truth never surrenders to any challenge in life. It has an aura of sanding alone to keep up its integrity. End
Revive dialogue to diffuse tension | Posted by: Karuppen
Dissemination of factual information is the key to keeping abreast of events unfolding every day. Unless the world is informed of the current situation of any hot spot in this world, the world citizens do not know it. War is an extension of metal self-incarceration. It cuts off communication across the warring factions and creates opportunities for selfish foreign and local groups to exploit the situations the war creates. If trust across the warring factions is established, it will produce the political climate for a dialogue to see each other through the lens of difference and alienation. >

Where is the independent voice of the UNO? Speak out and do something useful. Any longer the UNO delays this deterrence policy; it is a blatant insult to humanity and honouring of human rights convention. The reason why pain and suffering suffocate the otherwise normal peaceful life of helpless and innocent people in this world is the self-forgetfulness of individual's consciousness of self-worth and common good in the world. By concerted mobility of uplifted ideas, the world citizens can make a difference to the plight of people around the world.
Sri Lanka - a barren territory without the law and order | Posted by: Karuppen
The powerless world community UNO under the helm of Mr Ban-Ki-Moon should evict Sri Lanka from the UNO membership and expedite an implementation of deterrence policy to protect the minority community Tamils in Sri Lanka. Nothing has been done so far. Mr Ban-Ki-Moon is the problem in the UNO for no-action process and he should be sacked from his post of Secretary General of the UNO.. The UNO was neither formed to be a speechless spectator to state violence against the citizens of a nation nor a participant in the silent genocide of minority Tamils of Sri Lanka. ->->

If Singhalese rapist armed forces practised rape as a weapon of war, they should be castrated in public. No other remedial course could act as a deterrence in future. What the Indian forces in Jaffna committed during their occupation was the prelude to the event now witnessed in the lawless territory called Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka is now a barren territory where humans could hardly live in decency and honour amidst a pack of ghosts called selected Singhalese racist politicians. ->->
